Hello sir adrian. I love your post and read it everday because I want to learn computer vision. But Im having a trouble in installing the opencv & python. It been a week but still cant get it. ??
Hi Prince — I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues installing OpenCV + Python. I would suggest you take a look at the Quickstart Bundle and Hardcopy Bundle of Practical Python and OpenCV where I include a pre-configured Ubuntu virtual machine. The VM is super easy to install and runs on Mac, Linux, and Windows — it is by far the fastest way to get up and running with OpenCV. Be sure to take a look!
Hello Sir Adrian Rosebrock, I work in OpenCv and recently install Python 3.4.1 in my Windows 7 laptops, I am using pycharm-community-2017.2.exe framework. all program running fine, but I can not import pilow and numPy So coud not able to do computer vision reltaed program. How can I solve this problem if you help?
It sounds like you need to set the “Project Interpreter” for your Python + OpenCV virtual environment. See this blog post for more details.
Hi Adrian. Great initiative, thanks a lot. Though I’ve been trained in maths and cryptography, I’ve been in charge of several CV projects during the last few years (logo recognition, OCR, free parking lot detection, brain activity monitoring, etc.) and I hope I will be able to find new and interesting missions with this new job board.
A quick suggestion: at this time, the job offers I have bookmarked are not highlighted or appended with a star on the front page, and they are lost among the other offers… I think it could be idea to give them a distinctive look.

You can use whatever payment method to pay a contractor/hire you wish, that is no problem.
