Can you look at my code?

A

Can you look at my code?

No.

I love helping, but as you know, reading through someone’s paper or dissecting another programmer’s code is a tedious, time consuming task — I just don’t have enough capacity for every request I get.

Here are my suggestions:

  • Cut your code down dramatically — narrow down on the issue by inserting “print” statements or using “pdb” , Python’s debugger.
  • If you’re getting an error be sure to search Google, StackOverflow, and GitHub for it.
  • If a specific library is throwing an error start with their GitHub and search for it, particularly in the “Issues” page of their GitHub).

About the Author

Hi there, I’m Adrian Rosebrock, PhD. All too often I see developers, students, and researchers wasting their time, studying the wrong things, and generally struggling to get started with Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and OpenCV. I created this website to show you what I believe is the best possible way to get your start.
